Tailings Focus Group

• The Tailings Working Group meets on a regular basis. The group meetings are venues:

  • To support information exchange regarding tailings issues, currently,in particular, including the OSTRF’s International Oil Sands Tailings Conference.
  • For networking within the oil sands tailings technical community
  • To consolidate operators’ opinions and perspectives on tailings technical issues with other technical stakeholders such as researchers, vendors, and engineering consultants
